Staff at the RSA have voted OVERWHELMINGLY for the first strike action in the organisation’s history.
With a 79% turnout and a 93% vote in favour, we'll be on strike on Tuesday 19th and Thursday 21st of September.

After five meetings over our pay claim, which would cost less than 3% of the org’s £9m unrestricted reserves, management have refused to move from their initial offer.
