I know you're sad
so I won't tell you to
have a good day.
Instead, I advise you
to simply have a day.
Get up,
brush your teeth,
feed yourself well,
wear comfortable clothes
and don't give up on yourself.
You'll have good days.
Until then, have a day.

We must focus on prevention and early intervention. Read about what I think needs to change:
childrenscommissioner.gov.uk…
The UN Committee on the Rights of the Child @ChildRights1 calls on the UK Govt. to urgently address long waiting times for children accessing #mentalhealth services and ensure availability of community-based therapeutic mental health services and programmes for all children.
ALT Things society needs to normalise for men. Talking about feelings. Seeing vulnerability as strength. Crying. Asking for help. Regular chats about mental health.
