Supreme Court has NOT issued a blanket ban on trans women in women's spaces. It said trans women can only be excluded if it is necessary to preserve women’s safety & dignity. Organisations are not legally required to exclude trans people. So no excuse for the automatic ban that anti-trans campaigners want. Any blanket exclusion of trans women would be unlawful. It is extremely concerning that a man who signed #StandWithTrans pledge & with pronouns in bio is new @NSPCC CEO It's not much of a stretch to presume he rejects the Cass review, believes in concept of 'trans kid', & promotes males in female spaces.

To be fair, I don't think this is his fault, the website domain has lapsed I think. But back in 2023, the website had signatories to a StandWithTrans petition.

One of the things that Chris Sherwood, new CEO of the NSPCC did was sign the now defunct #StandWithTrans pledge. An *absolute* commitment to supporting the "rights" of trans, non-binary and gender diverse communities and against "attacks on charities that support trans inclusion" (i.e. scrutiny of Mermaids & Stonewall).
