During the 1472 Siege of Beauvais. When one of the most powerful armies in Europe came to destroy their town, it wasnât kings or famous generals who saved it. It was ordinary citizens.
The people of Beauvais carried ammunition, defended the walls, and even poured boiling liquids on invaders attempting to breach their city. Men and women alike stepped forward because they understood that protecting their community was everyoneâs responsibility.
That story reminds me of why Iâm supporting Keith Anderson for Weld County GOP Chair.
Strong organizations arenât built by a handful of leaders. Theyâre built by ordinary people willing to get involved, volunteer, make phone calls, knock doors, and do the work necessary to achieve victory. Keith understands that grassroots conservatives are the foundation of our party, and he knows how to bring people together around a common purpose.
The citizens of Beauvais proved that ordinary people can accomplish extraordinary things when they unite behind a cause. I believe Keith Anderson can inspire that same spirit here in Weld County, and thatâs why Iâm proud to support him for GOP Chair.
Letâs do this!
