Based on my understanding of the TPE restrictions (which may be wrong), this trade would be invalid. It would need to be broken down into 2 separate deals to get over the line.
So, it would look something like this.
Deal 1 would be
Bos gets Giannis
Atlanta gets JB
Bucks get Daniels and Kuminga
Deal 2 would be
Bos gets Turner via TPE (Anfernee Simons)
ATL gets Hauser via TPE (Kennard)
Bucks gets 8th 27th picks future 1st
The problem, then, is that Deal 1 would add a ton of salary to the Hawks' payroll, which could make it difficult to get the first deal over the line, ultimately killing the whole thing.
A potential Giannis Antetokounmpo trade framework involving the Celtics and Hawks:
Boston: Giannis Myles Turner (TPE)
Atlanta: Jaylen Brown Sam Hauser (TPE)
Bucks: No. 8 overall, No. 27 overall, Dyson Daniels, Jonathan Kuminga, Future 1st (via Boston)
