That feeling when the country’s top consumer small cap fund files in one of your biggest horses…. sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/… On 27 numbers we can get to ~35.00 of NAV/share and that’s before buybacks! $codi

$rick is trading less than value of RE/ PP&E (412.6m gross). Given the big locations in big cities my guess is the market value of this could be > 600 mm. RCI has total debt of ~200mm leaving net RE of 400mm. curr. mkt cap is 308 mm. @RicksCEO @BTaylorUSA @orchardwealth69

1/ Odd day. Sen. passes bill on housing and RESTAURANTS. No tax on tips/ no tax on overtime pay. Powell also not ruling out cuts and restaurant stocks ripping. Overhang at $PAR has been strength of their end market / customer. Today everything got better... @SavneetS @PAR_Tech

2/ Firemen, teachers, policeman, service workers -- all the great Americans who make this country run got a massive stimulus with no tax on tips/overtime pay and their cc card interest and lease pmts are prime to go down.. May finally be time to look beyond mega cap tech /AI.

At ~1400 units, DENN could also adopt payments and POS if the KEKE rollout goes well. Table serve is highly lucrative and produces ARPU many multiples of a traditional QSR store. @SavneetS @PAR_Tech $PAR $DENN

$rick the company took a self insurance charge in the qtr of 4.1 mm.. see pg. 13 of the 10q. This charge was to reduce its ongoing insurance costs. The company would have done ~20mm of EBITDA in a seasonally weak qtr before the annualized benefit of the savings.

$rick … I am reposting my bridge to 2026 ebitda based on what the company has said publicly about m&a and comps. Assuming no HR m&a, it appears from a 75 mm baseline that $rick could do 115 of ebitda in 2026….

Couldn’t have laid it out better myself. Also better end market , bigger tam, more opty for upsell cross sell/ and or m&a. @jonrice80 @AggieCapitalist @GreenhavenRoad
$PAR is growing ~10% faster than $AGYS organically, is larger by revenue, its stock is more liquid, it has less customer concentration (AGYS all Marriott) and yet...it trades for <1/2 AGYS's forward revenue multiple. Where do they shake out in 1-2 years?

Taking a break from VIC/CIQ filters. Lot of stocks down — not clear which have seen nums inflect and will materially participate with mkt breadth/small cap/rates. Looking for ideas 1bn cap , ideally owner/operated, and buffett score (fcf yield growth) of 40 or greater-thoughts?

2/ if it’s not clear from my previous message, I believe the great rotation is upon us.. but which small cap names have had their numbers bottom or are accelerating and have yet to enter the “jet stream of momentum” ?
