We were honored to attend a ceremonial bill signing today where Kentucky Secretary of State Michael Adams officially certified House Bill 1. HB 1 is a big win for Kentucky families and for education freedom for all students. The legislation opts our Commonwealth into the new Federal Scholarship Tax Credit program.
We are grateful to Rep. Kim Moser and Rep. TJ Roberts for their leadership on the bill, along with Kentucky General Assembly for passing this priority piece of legislation!
