But because after multiple appeals, messages, and requests for clarification, I still do not have clear answers. What creators need is not silence. What creators need is transparency. My channel, Advis World Animation (@advis_world_animation), represents years of work, learning, creativity, and dedication. Every video took time to create. Every subscriber was earned. Every milestone meant something. Yet after termination, I am left with more questions than answers. 🟠 How can an appeal be reviewed so quickly when a channel contains years of content? 🟠 Was every piece of content actually reviewed? 🟠 What specific evidence was used to justify the termination? 🟠 Which videos or actions led to the decision? 🟠 Why are creators expected to fix problems when they are not clearly told what those problems are? 🟠 Why are detailed explanations so difficult to obtain after a channel is removed? 🟠 How can creators trust the appeal system if decisions appear to happen within seconds? This is not only about me. Every week I see creators posting about demonetization, terminations, rejected appeals, and unanswered questions. Some creators spent 5 years building their channels. Some spent 10 years. Some left traditional jobs to pursue content creation. Some are mothers like me. We cook, clean, care for our children, manage our homes, and then spend whatever free time remains creating content. Some are fathers working late nights after their regular jobs. Some are students trying to build a future. Some creators depend on YouTube income to support their families. When a channel disappears, people often see only a username. Creators see years of memories. 🟠 Thousands of hours spent creating content. 🟠 Communities built one subscriber at a time. 🟠 First viral videos. 🟠 First earnings. 🟠 First sponsorships. 🟠 Years of passion and effort. A termination is not just the loss of a channel. It can be the loss of income, opportunities, confidence, and years of work. What concerns me most is that many creators feel powerless. I have also seen channels that were later restored. I have seen creators who were remonetized after reviews. I have seen cases where YouTube reconsidered previous decisions. That raises another important question: 🟠 If some channels can be restored after further review, why is my case different? 🟠 If mistakes can happen, how can creators know that every termination decision is always correct? 🟠 If other creators received second chances after reviews, why am I unable to receive the same opportunity? I am not saying those channels should not have been restored. I am happy when creators get their channels back. But it shows that reviews and reversals are possible. So why am I still waiting for clear answers? When appeals are rejected and explanations remain unclear, creators have no way to understand what happened or defend themselves properly. Transparency should not be a privilege. Transparency should be a standard. I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for consistency. If my channel truly violated policy, show me the evidence. If a mistake was made, correct it. If creators are expected to trust the system, then the system should be willing to explain its decisions. Today I am speaking not only for myself, but for every creator who feels unheard after losing a channel they spent years building.

Yesterday I woke up to a shocking email from @YouTube saying, "We have removed your channel from YouTube". 10 years of work. 310,000 subscribers. 1,000's of videos/Shorts. 10,000's of conversations in comments. I have poured my heart and soul into my YouTube channel every day for years. My content is educational: - Platform reviews - "How to use" tutorials - Website and mobile app guides - Step-by-step tutorials for beginners - Tips for using websites, apps and online tools I have always put a big emphasis on keeping my viewers safe online: - Warning about scams and scammers - Giving education on how to spot the difference between real things and scams - Teaching practical, real-life skills that help my viewers to navigate online safely My YouTube channel was originally created in 2010 and I started publishing videos in 2016. It represents more than a decade of work helping viewers through educational content. - Dear @YouTube @YouTubeCreators I have done everything I humanly could to be in compliance with the YouTube Community Guidelines: - I have reviewed the YouTube rules numerous times - I have contacted YouTube Creator Support for clarification - I adjusted the content accordingly again and again and again - When YouTube Community Guidelines changed, I adjusted my content to be compliant I have spent endless hours to comply with the YouTube rules. The channel deletion is clearly a mistake. Please get a real human being to review this. Put my channel back, and help us understand how we can comply better so this nightmare does not happen to any honest creator again. What exactly caused the termination of my channel? Almost a year has passed. If the evidence is clear, why can't it be explained? If the decision is correct, why can't the specific reason be shared? @TeamYouTube My 2 channels were restored after review because they were wrongly removed by automated spam/scam detection My oldest 10-year-old channel was also terminated for the same reason Please review it once again manually My content was only for scam awareness & educational

Platform Control ruled that the moderation decision against my channel was unlawful after YouTube failed to provide evidence or participate in the proceedings. In addition, Appeals Centre Europe issued a default decision in my favor because YouTube failed to provide sufficient information regarding the alleged violations. My channel focused mainly on creative animation content, and I always tried to follow YouTube’s Community Guidelines.
