Why are @O2 so useless? Our mast has been down since 1st August and you are doing nothing about it……last time it took you weeks to repair and only after we set up a campaign group up for the village and got various news media involved - please sort it out!!

@bbc5live My wife has a maths honours degree and is now a newly qualified teacher in primary education, she cannot get a teacher position as every vacancy that comes up she is in competition with up to 100 applicants many with far more experience.

My father died in the line of duty as a Police Officer it took 10 years for you to recognise that fact, then in 2011 you finally honoured him but now you have removed all records of it from the memorial and roll of honour. Why?@Police_Memorial @metpoliceuk @ukpmemorial
