Taken me a few days to fully reflect on my VIP book launch event at 53two on Saturday. I don’t think I could have expected the day to go any better and I have so many people to thank, so here goes… @mrdanwalker - thank you so much for being part of my special day and for always being there for me. You are a true gent and I’m so grateful to be able to call you a friend. Dan has also written the foreword for the book, which is beautifully written. @lusaintmusic - Lucy is a star in the making and I’m so happy you could fit me into your busy scedule.. You definitely have some new fans after your performance on Saturday and Im looking forward to seeing you shine. @LongfellaPoet - I was so happy when Tony could come to the event and even more so, when Tony agreed to recite his poem about me - Everyday Mountains. What a way to end the event and I know my mum would have been so proud. @GAILsBakery - A big thank you for supplying the treats for my guests, which went down a storm and there wasn’t a crumb left! Steve and I will be seeing you soon… @53two - I couldn’t have asked for a better venue to host my book launch. It was perfect! Such a beautiful location and I’ll certainly be back again.
