Fable 5 killed 3D character animators. Your simplified game dev tech stack:
prompt → Hunyuan3D/Meshy/Tripo (glb)
glb → Claude (rig skin weights animation clips)
Claude → prompts and edits the game code itself (localhost)
localhost → Rosebud (manage the assets, edit, and host via public link)

Thing holding back my game are definitely my art skills, buying premade assets can only get you so far.
On the programming side I'd say im about 80% complete (not including any of the steam specific features like Achievements)
Luckily my 3D and 2D art skills seem to be improving.
