Destructive storms are on their way to NWA. Winds of 70-80mph are likely within the next hour or so. Stay weather aware and have plenty of ways to get warnings. I will be watching.

Can’t stress this enough, this whole line has damaging winds similar to a small tornado (EF0), but widespread. When this comes into NWA, it is best to just take your safe place, as with 70-80mph winds, flying objects and falling trees are almost a certainty.

Watching a supercell out to our west. May clip parts of Benton County. Very large hail and damaging winds are the main threats at the moment with this storm, but it does have some rotation. Watching closely.
