Prof @RuthS3, founding chair of the @Africa_evidence, described #Evidence2023 in Uganda as a highlight of the year, and she's excitedly anticipating an even more impactful #Evidence2025 in Benin. "Evidence 2023 was an absolute highlight for me. It was great to have this event hosted in Uganda for the first time and to welcome many new participants as a result. Evidence 2025 in Benin promises to be even bigger and better. Having the newly formed @AfricaAEYL as part of #Evidence2023 was so exciting. Africa is a continent that belongs to young people, and these young leaders brought energy, ideas and leadership to our growing evidence community. #Evidence2023 attracted participants from beyond Africa to a greater extent than ever before. When I spoke to colleagues attending from the US, Australia, and Europe, they all described #Evidence2023 as the highlight of their year. Indeed, many told me it was the best evidence conference they had ever attended.
