This annual gathering brought together fire protection professionals from across Texas for industry education, networking, and some friendly competition on the golf course and out on the water. From informative sessions and meaningful conversations to great fishing and golf, the event provided an excellent opportunity to strengthen relationships and support the continued growth of the fire sprinkler industry. Allied Fire Protection was proud to participate in the ACRP Inshore Invitational in Galveston, an event that brings together professionals from across the commercial real estate industry for networking, friendly competition, and support of a meaningful cause. The tournament benefits the Building Tomorrow Foundation, helping provide scholarships and opportunities for future industry leaders. The festivities began Thursday evening at the Captain's Happy Hour and Calcutta, where our team helped bring the Backyard BBQ theme to life. Last week, our San Antonio team proudly took the lead in our annual Day of Giving, dedicating their time and energy to giving back and making a difference in the local community. Unfortunately, due to the severe weather, we had to bring our community service indoors, but that couldn’t stop our Allied giving spirit! The San Antonio team was able to collect and donate 966 lbs. of non-perishable food items. That equates to 760 meals for those in need.    At Allied Fire Protection, giving back isn’t just something we do, it’s a valued part of who we are. Earlier this month, our Allied Fire Protection design team came together for our annual Design Summit. The event brought together 37 team members from across all Allied locations, and across the country, for a few days of focused training, collaboration, and connection. This year’s focus centered on strengthening fundamentals, with sessions covering NFPA 13 (2025) updates, ESFR design, obstruction analysis, water storage calculations, and more. Each of our design leads shared their expertise, helping drive consistency across both our new construction and remodel teams. We also stepped outside our comfort zones with a team-building experience at Game Show Studio, where the competition matched the collaboration and brought plenty of energy, laughs, and friendly rivalry.
