1) elect leaders who understand & articulate racial disparities,
2) look at current policies and practices to see how they are maintaining or growing inequities,
3) And then change them.
If you see people as problems to solve, we aren’t gonna get very far.
But if you see people as problem solvers, then we can get somewhere.
