We don’t need contingency plans for @nynurses, we need a fair contract that honors the sacrifice these workers make every single day!
#SafeStaffingSavesLives and in this moment, supporting New Yorkers means getting to a deal not making patchwork contingency plans!
Patient safety is nurses' #1 concern.
It’s irresponsible for hospitals to force nurses on strike and rely on inadequate contingency plans to care for patients.
We don't want replacement nurses here, we want a fair contract now!

ICE murdered a legal observer in Minneapolis today, denied her medical care, are now lying to justify the murder- calling her a “domestic terrorist” - despite clear cell footage showing the lie, & people on the right are still parsing the video arguing ICE was justified.
