Newest piece for @workithealth about the addiction to drama. It's real. It can come from childhood. It has biological components. It is sometimes but not always linked to other mental illnesses. There's a payoff. But there's also a way out. workithealth.com/blog/addict…
New piece for @workithealth about "emotional sobriety". What the heck is it? Why don't I have it yet? Funny and educational and not all 12 steppy. CHECK IT OUT:

Pardon my absence but I had to crawl out from an avalanche of deaths and health issues. Anyway I’m back and here’s my new piece for @workithealth about boundaries. Good advice for us that aren’t boundary ninjas. Special quote from @amyalkon. #boundariesworkithealth.com/blog/the-ha…

Had to let the love of my life, Colonel Puff Puff, go today. He beat cancer but kidney disease finally took him down. My heart is beyond shattered but I couldn’t let him suffer anymore. He walked me through the hardest 6 years of my life. Love & miss you Colonel. #rip#petloss
Colonel Puff Puff is really ill. He seems to be in kidney failure. Beat cancer but this might take him out. I can't imagine losing him a month after losing my dad. We have an appointment w/the internist at 11 am PST today and I'm asking for all prayers, spells & good juju. x
