When a district is your home and your staff is a family you bring them together so you can let all 3500 of them know how much they are valued. Superintendent Citta hit it out of the park. First 1000 participant Kahoot Iโve ever done !! @wearetrschools

Great topic! I have this conversation with some of my fellow basic skills teachers often. Especially at our level, I feel letter grades are unproductive. We need to evaluate individual progress and decide if itโs appropriate for students to move on.
