New rant: I honestly don't get anyone wanting to retire in their 40s and 50s. Like WTF.. how much time can one spend in a garden or whatever the hell people do all day. My gosh, take a fucking vacation and then get back to life. We weren't created to "chill"

billionirs nothing, there are "middle class" poeple in the USA that blow 30-40k on weddings. 30k being average cost. There are upper middle class that spend 10k on their childs birthday... there are people that dump 10k on a plane ticket in the USA.

Hundreds of universities are at risk of going out of business. Students and parents are voting with their feet. “There are a large number of institutions that provide zero value”. “The education is not being rewarded in the labor market” “If you come out of school with $200,000 in debt, and your income didn’t go up as if you had not gone to school, that’s not a good investment.”

Too many students are going to college for the wrong degree. This was a big lie to many kids who should have went into the trades as electrician, plumber, mechanic, & construction to name a few. These are good jobs that pay well and in many cases company’s will pay for your training. Having these skill would allow you to work anywhere in the counter. Currently all these carers are under staffed.

Something I find interesting. The boomer blue collar workers didn't want their kids breaking their backs so they sent them off to college to get white collar jobs. In the US that coencided with the gov backing student loans, which meant anyone could get a loan bc it was guaranteed repayment. That caused a massive boom in college students and also jacked the school prices way up. Now that the boomer guys are retiring it's creating a massive shortage in blue collar workers. It's an incredible opportunity for people to get in on. I did it for 10 years before switching career paths. But blue collar guys are the ones with the disposable income now lol. It's a cool shift to see.

To all the people saying, "it's not littering, it's biodegradable." So is human shit, but we don't want that all over the streets and sideways.
