We need @realAlexKolodin as our Sec of State instead of corrupt cartel attorney Fontes. I'm glad this AZLeg session is Sine Die now. Time to get serious about saving our State!
🇺🇸@realAlexKolodin continues to be an election integrity warrior into the late night legislative session. Thank you for caring about bringing transparency to our Arizona elections, Alex. I'm voting for this!
SITUATION ANALYSIS: Get the Pen The @AZGOP has control of both houses of the Arizona Legislature, and that’s why @GovernorHobbs flipped over in a catastrophic Marxist decision to issue 450 vetoes. While she lectures us about Democracy, her heart is that of a dictatorial obstructionist. On Nov 3, 2026 let’s hold the Arizona House and Senate, and put the Executive pen in this guy’s hand.

Becoming a young father was one of the most important moments of my life. Arizona needs better policies that encourage family formation. Lowering taxes. Safer neighborhoods. Affordable homes. I’ll be a Governor that never forgets Arizona families.

Maricopa County Recorder @azjustinheap addresses the allegations Supervisor @DebbieLesko made claiming his staff stole election related equipment. Heap says the equipment was bought by his office, he has the receipts, and the supervisors never confirmed why the equipment was moved by his staff. They just want the public to turn against Heap.

Senator @JohnCornyn, I don't know what imbecile of an intern made this post, I'm graciously hoping it wasn't YOU, but Scott Presler @ScottPresler is the furthest thing from a GRIFTER. He actually gets stuff done. I realize that is a new concept for you. You Sir, having dined on the taxpayers and donors dimes for over FORTY FREAKING YEARS are the ultimate definition of GRIFTER. Get bent and go away.

It’s not just about defeating Katie Hobbs this November. We must replace Kris Mayes with a conservative Attorney General and I know Warren Petersen is the right choice. Join me in voting for Warren Petersen for AG!

🚨🚨🚨🚨Here is my article about the MaRICOpa County Supervisors turning their lawfare into CRIMINAL lawfare against our election integrity champion MaRICOpa County Recorder Justin Heap! 🤬🤬🤬🤬 They're now criminally investigating Heap's employees for merely transporting a ballot scanner that Heap's office bought, solely controlled, that was ordered returned to him by an honest judge!!!! And I have just been informed that RINO former Pinal County Attorney Kent Volkmer is in charge of the bogus criminal investigation the supervisors launched. He was booted out of office by conservative champion Brad Miller, who is now in that office instead thank goodness. The corruption never ends. Besides now trying to overturn the judge's decision returning parts of Heap's office to him that the supervisors unethically took, they are also proceeding with setting up 12 ballot drop boxes, despite Heap and America First Legal warning them that it was committing felonies. 🤬🤬🤬🤬 CC: @realdonaldtrump @CivilRights @HarmeetKDhillon @DAGToddBlanche
🚨 Deputies Show Up at Homes in Stunning Escalation of Election Feud Maricopa County Supervisors escalated their bitter feud with Recorder Justin Heap by sending sheriff’s deputies to the homes of three of his employees to personally inform them they’re under criminal investigation for moving ballot scanners. Heap fired back, calling it “pure retaliation” and filing an emergency court motion to shut down the probe — just weeks before Arizona’s critical 2026 primary. It's got to be rather exhausting to be a lefty. Having to keep track of the outrage of the day, ignoring the embarrassing hypocrisy that today you're holding the complete opposite view that you protested for yesterday, for about the 40th time this year.

If we have ANY chance of making Arizona Great Again, Kolodin must get in office. I believe he will win in an honest election. That is our #1 priority - get honest elections. Hand Count System. #PEP #ACountAble
Last night I debated Adrian Fontes at the Yavapai County Farm Bureau Candidate Forum out at Mortimer Farms. The contrast couldn’t have been clearer for the farmers, ranchers, and rural families who packed the place. Arizona needs a Secretary of State who actually follows the law, secures our elections, and protects every legal vote — especially in rural counties where folks already have to drive farther and wait longer just to have their voice heard. Fontes brought the same tired excuses and disdain for the law we’ve seen from him for years. Rural Arizona deserves better than a guy who treats the rule of law like it’s optional. Arizona’s ag community gets it — secure elections aren’t a partisan game, they’re the foundation of our Republic. Huge thanks to the Farm Bureau for hosting a real forum where real issues got aired. I’m proud to stand with rural Arizona. I’m Alex Kolodin and I’m asking for your support to be the next Arizona Secretary of State. Let’s fire the lawbreaker and restore trust this November. 🇺🇸

Federal law requires states to keep voter-registration/list-maintenance records available for public inspection under the NVRA, 52 U.S.C. § 20507(i). That generally supports disclosure of voter-roll/list-maintenance information.

Katie Hobbs falsely claimed in her latest ad she was cutting electricity costs. Arizonans know that’s not true. Her biggest Inauguration Fund donor is now demanding a 14% rate hike on residents. We cannot afford four more years of Katie Hobbs.

Nothing changes until we defeat Katie Hobbs. The future of ranchers and farmers in Arizona is at stake in this election. We must win.
I met with representatives from the ASLD today. I truly expected them to offer an olive branch now that my case has gotten attention. I was told basically 'You have nothing to worry about until you have something to worry about'. The state land director was very nice, but had nothing more to offer. So we remain in the same place we have been since 2022, wondering if or when they will shut us down. @andybiggs4az @EliCraneAZ @kimmiedillonaz @LaLONeill @yearlins @americaunwon @AJRichards @SecRollins @alex_fasulo @_Regenaissance @RMConservative @stinchfield1776 @JensTwoCentsAZ @beefinitiative

Maricopa County Voters, here's what the MCBOS doesn't want you to know: You can drop your ballots off at an early voting center, show your ID and get your ballot stamped ID Verified so it speeds up the verification process that has been used to make counting take weeks. Let's do it!
🚨MARICOPA COUNTY ALERT🚨 The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors appears to be attempting to undermine a court order, usurp Recorder Justin Heap’s authority, and keep voters in the dark about a faster way to vote. AFL’s letter exposes what’s happening. And it’s explosive… The Board’s Elections Director, Scott Jarrett, has been going around Recorder Heap — cornering individual recorder staff one-on-one and trying to lock in deals the recorder never authorized. That’s not “good faith.” That’s staff-shopping — and a deliberate attempt to manufacture facts on the ground and usurp authority the Superior Court just ruled belongs to the Recorder. Recorder Heap has been crystal clear. All binding agreements on election administration must go through him or his lawyer. No more backdoor power grabs. Everything goes through official channels. The court already made clear in its ruling that the Recorder is in charge of early voting and ballot replacement sites. But the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors does not accept this and has tried to keep control of these sites. Its Election Director, Scott Jarrett, told staff at those sites that they report to him — and that the site managers Recorder Heap sent to run each site were just “observers” who should be ignored. This is UNLAWFUL. Any early voting site not under Recorder Heap’s direct management and control is operating ILLEGALLY. The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors knows this. They just don’t care. But here’s what the Board doesn’t want voters to know… A new Arizona law, A.R.S. § 16-579(A)(4), allows voters to: 1️⃣ Drop off their early ballot 2️⃣ Show ID 3️⃣ Get an “ID Verified” stamp This avoids later signature verification on the envelopes. That means faster processing, cheaper administration, and more secure election results. The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors’ Elections Department HID this option from poll workers and tried to stop Recorder Heap’s staff from posting signs or telling voters they could get their ballots ID-verified. Why? Because it proves restoring authority to the Recorder actually works for voters. On May 15, 2026, Recorder staff discovered that poll workers at the Tempe ballot replacement site had zero instructions about the new ID option and no signage. At Recorder Heap’s direction, they fixed it. What was the Board’s response? It instructed poll workers to ignore the Recorder’s site managers and call them “observers.” Here’s the bottom line… The Superior Court gave early voting and ballot replacement sites back to the elected Recorder. The Board isn’t just creating confusion — they’re defying a binding court order. Our letter puts them on final notice. Stop the unlawful behavior, or we’ll go back to court for contempt and sanctions. The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors isn’t fighting for “good government.” They’re fighting to keep power they were never supposed to have in the first place — even if it means slowing down elections and hiding better voting options from the public. The Board can comply with the law… Or they can explain to a judge why they chose to ignore a court order. Voters deserve better. Arizonans deserve secure elections.

This is how it works in Arizona too. Ballots for the primary are being sent out this month. Eyes open folks. Get your votes in early. Go in person to drop it off, show your ID and ask for your ballot to be stamped ID Verified. It's the law now and you can request this to speed up the process.
These fucking people are losing their shit because someone finally wants to put a barcode on a ballot envelope and actually count what the mail delivers. That’s it. That’s the entire crime. Schumer calls it voter suppression. Elias is throwing his usual tantrum in court like the professional obstructionist he is. Padilla is out here claiming millions of “eligible voters” will be magically disenfranchised because the Post Office might notice if ballots disappear. These are the same people who spent years building and cheering ballot tracking systems when they controlled the rules. Now that a uniform standard might actually work against them, it’s suddenly the end of democracy. They don’t want chain of custody. They don’t want sent-versus-returned reconciliation. They don’t want records that last five years and can be subpoenaed. They want the current sloppy, unaccountable mess exactly the way it is ... dirty rolls, ballots mailed to ghosts and double registrants, and no reliable way to prove how many actually came back. That’s the quiet part they’re screaming about. They built a system where fraud is difficult to catch on purpose, and now they’re panicking that someone might install the most basic fucking receipt the mail has ever used for anything else. The fact that they’re this hysterical over barcodes on envelopes tells you everything about how comfortable they got with the blind spots. These people don’t fear losing elections. They fear finally having to run them without the safety net of plausible deniability. And the louder they howl, the more obvious it becomes that the old way was working exactly how they wanted it to.
