Really disappointed in @AerLingus Delayed flying to Dublin so we missed our connection to NYC. We were put on a plane to Philly so had to make our own way to NY with two small children. They can't even grace us with a response to our claim for costs incurred due to their mistakes

A3: We have ginger/white brothers McGregor Ozymandias and Reuben Ptolemy. They have a love/hate relationship with each other. The scourge of local mice, voles and occasional birds.

Richard Veale gave them to me. He had taken a smallish standard pair of tweezers, sanded down the inner grips and bent the end just enough so that you avoided digging into the documents as you work. I have bought and own numerous tweezers, but always return to them.
