The name "Rafah" has become some kind of magical curse that the US has decided Israel isn't allowed to break. It's caused Joe Biden (Ayatollah Joe) to literally side with Hamas and halt weapons shipments. Why?
There are two main reasons in my opinion.
1) It's election year in America. Joe Biden is deeply unpopular against Trump, who even while stuck in court manages to outclass him. Michigan, a vital swing state home to a huge number of muslims and Arabs, could easily be won by Trump unless this demographic shows up. These people have nothing but contempt for Biden, they hate the fact that he's not on the far-left/islamist train as far as Israel goes.
Biden's refusal to let Israel take out Hamas is directly connected to his desperation for enough voters here. If Israel eliminates Hamas and wins the war, Biden might get punished for "allowing" it to happen, but a ceasefire with Hamas remaining in power could have an opposite effect. In other words, the city of Dearborn takes priority over an allied nation in the middle of a war.
2) Status quo above everything. If there is one thing globalists despise, it's change. They like things exactly as they are - predictable and with no end, even if it's to the detriment of everybody. This guarantees profit as well as power.
Rafah symbolises the final stronghold of the Gazan status quo. Even if the Biden admin despises Hamas, they are scared to death of an alternative situation they might not be able to control or influence. Even if there is a possibility for a peaceful, thriving Gaza free from terrorist thugs, they are deeply afraid of the off-chance that it turns into something else.
If Rafah falls, everything changes for the first time since 2005. This scares the Biden admin.
This is exactly the same scenario as their relations with Iran under the mullahs. The regime in Iran is an enemy, but a weak one comparatively speaking, which holds America back from taking any real action that could shake things up and even cause regime change. A weak enemy is preferable above a strong, but independent friend to these people.
Hamas and Gaza are no different. Tough words are spoken, while US tax payer money and aid is still pumped into the territory to the benefit of only the terrorists in charge. This cycle must be broken, yet they seem desperate to maintain it forever.
It's time for Israel to stop giving a damn about the globalist hesitance around Rafah. Rafah is where Hamas remains in power. It's where the hostages are kept. Negotiations have led nowhere. And now, with the weapon shipments halted, Joe Biden has proven to be on the wrong side of history, like always.
Rafah isn't special or unique. It's a holdout for Hamas and must be taken, regardless of US disapproval. No more ceasefire talks, no more being sensible towards an unpopular, demented President trying to get re-elected.
Take Rafah, now. Anything less is treason.
