Let’s talk about language #AcademicTwitter… Can we please start normalizing “academic team” like we do “care team”? It is malarkey that we constantly use hierarchal phrasing like “faculty & staff” and “junior vs senior faculty”. Inclusive language matters. #Academia #highered
