Loved presenting to the #BAD2023 #psychodermatology SIG about Topical Steroid Withdrawal. An area of significant need, dermatologists must be braver in engaging with #SocialMedia & listen to patients.

Hot take: Methotrexate does not cause liver fibrosis It’s ok to be cautious (periodic fibroscan). It’s ok to use MTX initiation as a trigger to look for fibrosis in at risk people (eg diabetes). But Time to turn the page pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/3670… @EdmondAtallah #livertwitter
