@British_Airways never loaded my wife's bag on her flight. Then told us it was being sent to our hotel. Nope again. 21 days later, home, no bag. I've been yelled at by their baggage team in Spain (Carmen), and never, ever treated anyone as I've been treated. #CustomerServiceFail

Frankly, after Carmela on their Spain lost bag team yelled at us and wouldn't let us ask questions, everything derailed. I wonder if she did something to hurt finding the bag. We were never abusive, angry, or rude. I've never treated anyone like I was treated by her. What a mess.
