I was promised delivery within a few days, but even after 45 days, I still don’t have a delivery date. Every complaint gets the same generic reply, and the Ola Centre keeps saying “your scooter is getting ready.” No clear update, no timeline, no transparency.

Very disappointed with @OlaElectric support service. More than 1 month completed after full payment, but still no scooter delivery, no registration update, no proper response on calls or emails. Sent 5–6 emails already, but only getting replies and complaint numbers.
