Working out front with thumb down on GS pitch. The tee is there to help with path and working out front on catch. Feels a little weird learning the positioning, but makes the ball GS easier to handle.

Variability training w/ @C25Products Make training game like. 3oz/6oz had slightly different shapes & breaks giving the drill a more realistic game feel. I let the catcher call what pitch he wanted (SL/FB) then transition to his stance.
