Excited to share the lab’s latest preprint from postdoc, Daniel Levic! Here, we detail a simple approach for tagging proteins in zebrafish on their N- or C termini by inserting PCR-generated donor amplicons into non-coding regions of corresponding genes. biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/…
