The chat UI on the right wasn't just decoration. It showed humans, not just software. Fernstone's edge is AI speed a real advisor who picks up the phone. The design had to say that.

↳ avg. 6 weeks for contractor insurance
↳ 40k brokers still working the analog way
↳ Deals fall apart waiting for a COI
We pulled them out and made them anchors. Numbers like that deserve to be seen.
