Mail in ballots donโt have a chain of custody. Thatโs why nearly all countries have banned it. Drop boxes and the post office process corrupt the chain of custody. Voter rolls that are intentionally not verified corrupt any chain of custody. This is a joke

How is it a secure chain-of-custody when L.A. mass-mails ballots, the voter rolls are messy, third parties can collect ballots, ballots arrive days after Election Day, signature review is subjective. Observers can't challenge it, and the ballot is separated from the envelope?

1. Does each ballot have a unique identifier that is also on the envelope?
2. If so, can each ballot than be reconciled to its envelope in the event of an audit?
3. Are the envelopes saved so they can be audited en masse?

There is footage of 10 different illegal street vendors in front of 1 Walmart in Long Beach, they completely line the streets
