Our article on one vs two stage band conversions just published in @SOARD_JOURNAL. Including >12000 conversions, we found that one vs two stage conversions were equally safe.

Thankfully never had one but in a sadi case, you convert to RY DS to divert bile. Duodenal stump is a different issue but should be a rarity unless you get distal obstruction
