David was charged with the offence of obstructing police of which he was acquitted, and in due course the Met Police were required to pay £25k in satisfaction of his claim for assault, false imprisonment & malicious prosecution.

In another case, the Met apologised and admitted liability for violating his Article 10 rights after David was detained during the 2010 election for displaying a poster on his front window with the word “Wanker” across David Cameron's face.

Morgan-Rose Betchley was a young autistic mother & aspiring architect.
She died after ligaturing whilst an inpatient at a Sussex mental health hospital.
Now an inquest found that failings & unprofessional behaviour by staff contributed to her death.
