Add the buttermilk last. • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. • Add the dry ingredients and buttermilk to the wet ingredients alternately, mixing until just incorporated. Do not overmix. • Divide the batter evenly into prepared baking pans. • Add your preferred toppings. • Bake at 350°F (175°C) until fully baked and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
