Green innovations are turning #waste into valuable resources while promoting environmental sustainability. One such innovation supported by @BioInnovate Africa is an agro/biowaste conversion and treatment technology developed by Prof. Karoli Njau and partners, which has been commercialised in Tanzania, Ethiopia, and Uganda by ENVSOL Technology Company Limited. The technology enables communities & agro-based industries to comply with #wastewater effluent standards, recover valuable nutrients, and generate #biogas and #biofertilizers, contributing to a cleaner environment and a circular #bioeconomy.
