You are not “phased” by something. You are fazed by it. If you’ve had a long day, you are weary. If you suspect someone is an idiot, you are wary. It is “due course”, not “do course”. “Per se”, not “per say”. And while we’re here, it’s “could have”, not “could of”, but that particular battle may already be lost. Today a B-52 crashed at Edwards Air Force Base in California. All Eight crew members lost their lives. O Lord, may you grant eternal rest to them and shine your light upon them. I ask that you grant them mercy so that their souls may rest in peace, Amen.

Happy Monday Folks! We are doing a silent auction this coming SATURDAY, June 20th, to help one of our very own, @ZenfinityDesign. Zen needs a fair amount of money for medical work in early July. The medical work will require a long recovery period and ongoing treatment for months. One item is a special Hatchet, made by Zen. Additional items include: two (2) special hats, a large plate carrier, different sized cummerbunds, a special knife, many books from this corner and buffalo socks. The pictures will be dropping throughout this week. The auction is for the whole package. We all know Zen. He is one of the most freely giving people many of us have ever met. He is a true beacon of selflessness; he really needs our help again. This will be a silent auction will be Saturday night (June 20). Starting bid will be $1000.00 and comes with shipping bundled. 🇺🇸 The 50 star American flag flying today was designed in 1958 by 17 year old Robert G. Heft as a high school class project. He got a B-minus on it. The teacher claimed the design "lacked originality" and jokingly remarked that if Heft didn't like the grade, he should get the flag accepted in Washington. Heft called his teacher's bluff. He sent his physical prototype to his congressman, Walter Moeller, who forwarded it to the design pool. Out of more than 1,500 submissions, President Eisenhower picked his design. His teacher later changed his grade to an A. Thank you, Robert! The flag is beautiful! 🇺🇸
