24 May was meant to symbolize freedom, dignity, and hope for the
#Eritrean people. But after 35 years, millions of Eritreans are still living under fear, silence, forced exile, and oppression.
A generation has grown up without freedom of speech, without justice, and without the right to dream freely in their own country. Families continue to be separated, young people continue to flee, and prisons continue to grow while the people suffer in silence.
#Independence loses its meaning when citizens are denied their basic human rights. Eritreans deserve more than survival they deserve freedom, peace, opportunity, and a future without fear.
#EBRF will never stand with oppression, dictatorship, or the suffering of our people. We will continue to raise our voices, continue to resist, and continue fighting until Eritrea becomes the free country our martyrs and our people sacrificed everything for.
The struggle is not over. And we will not stop until
#Eritrea finally belongs to its people again.
