I can't respond to you directly. Someone decided they wanted to put their own term limits on Testimony.
Christ could prove the point and still will have done enough to be revered and honored. The Teacher is the Lesson.
Jesus pointed the lawyer to the Law, but the rest of the New Testament makes clear that none of us have kept the Law perfectly. The Law reveals God's righteous standard; it does not erase our failure to meet it.
If living by the Law is sufficient for eternal life, what was the purpose of the cross?
The Good News isn't that sinners can save themselves by keeping the Law. The Good News is that Christ fulfilled the Law perfectly and did for us what we could never do for ourselves.
You're not wrong for pointing to law; my issue is that you seem to stop there and don't actually point to Christ.
