Part 1 of 2@SouthwestAir just had another frustrating call with customer service over my owed $486 refund from the holiday cancelation. This makes 3 attempts to get refunded, with the only response being "it's been escalated, but go to southwest.com to file a complaint

Part 2... I've been an A-lister (Companion pass holder) for years who is now starting to reconsider and switching my business somewhere else if I can't get this resolved soon. It shouldn't be this hard to get refunded when I did exactly what I was told to do.
