There needs to be evidence for efficacy - i cant just prescribe whatever I want. It is absolutely a pharmacists job to ensure prescriptions are safe and effective. They are their own health professionals and not my employee.

. . .So, How a virus works is that it latches onto a cell and injects its DNA into the cell, to overwrite it and make it start producing more of the virus.
the Spike protein was how the virus *attached* to the cell.
Without that viral payload, a spike protein is...nothing.
