Ursache: Ukraine hat seit Anfang 2026 bereits 38 russische Raffinerien getroffen – 16 davon allein im Mai. 8 von Russlands 10 größten Anlagen beschädigt. Reuters: Die Raffinerieproduktion in Zentralrussland ist „weitgehend zum Stillstand gekommen."
