why is Jira the most hated tool ever for any Developer out there?
Because it doesn't understand anything about code ... it's not Markdown friendly, it changes spaces on copy and paste, it's not integrated with GitHub or GitLab and it's an absolute waste of every engineer time 🤦

Huge pet peeve of mine is people considering developers and the toolset to be IT. It's not IT, its revenue side not cost center. I don't need help with "IT Staffing" or to reduce my "IT costs" go talk to the CFO.
