It's still too early to call but at this point it looks like the only Dallas HERO Initiative proposition in play is S, which would remove government immunity in lawsuits against the city. If only S passes, Dallas HERO will have blown up qualified immunity for police officers too.
Early voting totals are out for Dallas county. These are not the final results and do not include election day ballots. When it comes to the controversial Dallas HERO Initiative propositions, early voters supported S but voted down T and U.

CNN has no such poll from Texas and never aired those numbers. The image is doctored and the poll numbers are fake.
