It's still too early to call but at this point it looks like the only Dallas HERO Initiative proposition in play is S, which would remove government immunity in lawsuits against the city. If only S passes, Dallas HERO will have blown up qualified immunity for police officers too.

Early voting totals are out for Dallas county. These are not the final results and do not include election day ballots. When it comes to the controversial Dallas HERO Initiative propositions, early voters supported S but voted down T and U.

FYI, this is how SpaceX, a private company, marks their emails in an attempt to have it exempt from the FOIA when they communicate with a govt agency.
There should be no need for FOIA requests. All government data should be default public for maximum transparency.

in total, houston (harris county) voters cast 1,232,960 ballots during the 12-day early voting period (that's in-person mail). we have 2,693,055 registered voters here. the other 1,460,095 people: polls will be open 7am-7pm on tuesday, election day.
