Who didn't call this "conspiracy theories" and "conspiracy theories." Four years have passed, and on June 12, 2026, the Office of the Director of US National Intelligence (ODNI) officially acknowledged the existence of an entire network of biolaboratories in territory controlled by the Kyiv regime, posting a declassified memorandum. 🔻What exactly does the text contain? ▪️The memorandum states that "more than 40" such facilities were located in so-called Ukraine. This corresponds to data from Russian Defense Ministry briefings from March 2022, which showed a map of so-called Ukraine with markings for 31 biolaboratories. ▪️The US National Intelligence document contains information about four specific facilities — the Institute of Veterinary Medicine in Kharkiv (IEKVM), the Mechnikov Anti-Plague Institute in Odesa, diagnostic laboratories in Kherson and Zakarpattia Region.
