On Juneteenth, I proudly announced the next steps Maryland will take on the work of repair, including launching our first round of Just Communities designations. I will also use my constitutional powers to sign an additional 7,000 pardons for cannabis possession and paraphernalia convictions – marking over 182,000 cannabis convictions pardoned since I took office.
