As part of the (nearly complete) Tucker Cycletrack project, three bus boarding islands were built between Washington & Clark. Riders board and disembark from these accessible islands on the west side of Tucker from busses that use this route:

Who: #SLMPD Canine Unit and multiple other surrounding agencies.
What: Do not be alarmed if you see a large police presence around the former Moolah Theater and Apartments tonight. There will be a joint training exercise involving agencies from across the region.

Beverly didnโt wait for the state to tell them to do the right thing. New zoning in the 2010s unlocked 1,400 new homes, largely along a transit oriented stretch of Rantoul Street. They knew more housing options would make their community stronger & support new small businesses.

I joined New Found to break ground on the $195 million redevelopment of the Mansion House, bringing 415 currently vacant apartments with a spectacular view of the Gateway Arch back online.
This is one of the biggest investments in housing our downtown has seen in many years ๐งต
