Capri V8 @Thundersaloons probably felt quite "exciting" given the conditions..

The 11 was leading as it pirouetted into Paddock.. Majority of the second drivers in the @EuroNASCAR coped surprisingly well in the conditions compared to previous visits....

Less than perfect conditions for a TVR Tuscan. Inconceivable from remembering the challenge days, but none of them managed to hit each other or self-destruct and pretty certain they all finished!!!

Average last lap, last corner antics for @UKLegends . Surprisingly for Legends, Barrable in the 88 did make it to the line first to take the win.

On this day 43 years ago a generational talent took his Rothmans Porsche 956 round the Nordschleife in 6:11:13. Faster than any ICE car before and since, holding the Nordschleife ICE record to this day. An important note compared to recent prepared and focussed attempts in optimal conditions is that Bellof never planned to do this record, it just "happened" during an open qualifying session with other traffic.
