Dear @amazonIN team, I placed an order and payment got deducted from bank and after sometime it was showing that payment failed on Amazon app so I repaid. I can't see any refund of my either first or second payment in my account. I understand the load on site during sale. PlzHelp

@canva @CanvaTech I have created a long word file usin canva but unable to download it on mobile as well as on phone. I can't again go and create as I have collected the data by spending time on this. Even copying whole data is unresponsive.

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have recharge my prepaid number with 3500 inr i.e plan for a year and that offers unlimited 5g data but even though I am in 5g network I am unable to use the data beyond 2Gb. Please help and fix this.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have recharged my sim with 3599 inr and as per your plan company has promised to give 5g at top speed even after 2gb per day but see what is happening. Please DM for more info

Dear @IDFCFIRSTBank I've noticed multiple deductions from my account despite adding funds. Kindly refund the deducted balance. I'll deposit 10k and commit to not withdrawing the amount for the next two years.Please ensure no further deductions,or I'll consider closing the account
