Low dose Nivo worked with triple metronomic Chemo(TMC),It doesn't guarantee it will work alone or with other Chemo combination. IO resistance is mitigated by antiangiogenic and by RTK inhibitors. So MC with antiangiogenic property and erlotinib RTK- Logical and rationale.

Though overall study was negative. That was probably because we enrolled real world patients . With nearly 1/4 th with poor PS. A population not enrolled in international studies. In PS 0-1 CCNU MBZ seems to work. Looking for collaboration for phase 3. sciencedirect.com/science/ar…
