Are we surprised that errors occur on a quick turnover?
FSD beta 10.69 had a long production and test time. However you can't realistically compile issues, make modifications and retest within one week. Any small modification can create widespread behavioral changes...

Hate to say it, but first drive with FSD Beta 10.69.1 today was really bad. Clearly there are some kinks that still need to be worked out before expanding to 100k and letting all the people who already lost it back in… @elonmusk
