UEFA U19s Futsal Preliminary Round Appointment Society chairman Valentin Ciuplea is currently in Lithuanian officiating as one of Wales’ FIFA Futsal match officials. Val has been involved in 3 games to date, 2 as Referee and 1 as third referee. Good luck Val!
